## Scenario

You have already voided the absent suit. The player on your right has a revealed pong of 3 bamboo and tries to add the fourth copy as a kong. That tile completes your hand. Declare Hu before the kong is completed.

The listed feature can combine with other compatible features. The fan total is capped at four; payments depend on the source of the winning tile and which opponents remain active.
